1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation by Users (Patients/Customers)

  • Users can cancel a booked consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
  • If a consultation is missed (no-show), it will be considered as completed, and no refund will be provided.

1.2 Cancellation by Askdoctor (IMUZUZU PRIVATE LIMITED) or Healthcare Professionals

  • If a consultation is canceled by the doctor or Askdoctor due to unforeseen circumstances, the user will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule at no extra cost.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Payment was deducted, but the appointment was not scheduled.
  • The doctor cancels the appointment, and the user chooses not to reschedule.
  • Technical errors prevented the consultation from taking place.

2.2 Non-Refundable Cases

  • Consultation has been successfully completed.
  • The user is dissatisfied with the consultation (However, concerns can be raised, and we will review them on a case-by-case basis).
  • The user provides incorrect details or fails to attend the appointment.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Users can contact customer support for refund-related inquiries.
