5. Payment & Refund Policy

  • 5.1 Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

    • Payment was deducted, but the appointment was not scheduled.
    • The doctor cancels the appointment, and the user chooses not to reschedule.
    • Technical errors prevented the consultation from taking place.

5.2 Non-Refundable Cases

    • Consultation has been successfully completed.
    • The user is dissatisfied with the consultation (However, concerns can be raised, and we will review them on a case-by-case basis).
    • The user provides incorrect details or fails to attend the appointment.

5.3 Refund Process

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
    • The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
    • Users can contact customer support for refund-related inquiries.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Askdoctor is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
  • The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access to services.
